My entire life I’ve had issues with the dentist, I could never be fully numbed and they always had horrible bedside manner. As someone with these problems, GO HERE, I genuinely recommend them from the bottom of my heart. Thank you all so much. The best dental experience I have ever had.

Doctor Seaman is very knowledgeable and has an excellent bedside manner and explained everything carefully to me. The whole office is very organized and efficient.

The billing team does a phenomenal job. The hygienist is excellent. She is so kind, does a great job, and it’s so comfortable and pain free. I have yet to have a first cleaning, but I did see Dentist for initial appointment and X-rays. I thought the environment was very clean and Dr Seamen put me at ease and was very thorough with exam. I was recommended to the office of Dr. Seaman me over 10 years ago when I was very new to Flagstaff. I was immediately impressed with Dr. Seaman's communication and his attention to quality. After years of trusting his team with routine maintenance I sustained a pretty nasty fall needed extensive work to restore the health and function of my teeth spanning about 3 years. Seaman Family Dentistry worked with my insurance, my schedule and my budget. They recommended me to quality specialists (yes, more than one) that supported their work and were persistent in their dedication to quality till the end, even when it meant sending implants back to tweak detail work. This office does not work for a bottom line, they work to keep people healthy, they listen to the concerns of their patients and are in business to help people.

I am usually scared of dentists, and today I took a risk with trying a new dentist after years of not having an appointment. This dentistry is awesome, they talk you through was you have to do and they plan your treatments in such an easy way to follow. He didn’t hurt me when checking my teeth and it was awesome

I had a last-minute emergency appointment with Dr. Parkinson. He was amazing and so reassuring throughout the entire process. Having anxiety, he helped me deal with that and talked to me throughout the entire procedure, letting me know everything he was doing. I’ve never had a dentist be so understanding and comforting before. I am so blessed to find Seaman dentistry and especially Dr. Parkinson!

I was referred to Seaman Family Dentistry after having a negative experience at a different practice in Phoenix. I was so taken aback by how kind, patient, and informative everyone was with not only my dental health, but also my insurance. I've met with Dr. Parkinson a few times since my initial appointment and I can definitely say I have found my new permanent dentist. He has taken the time to explain in depth what is going on in my mouth, what different procedures will look like thoroughly, and what the best plan of action would be moving forward in longevity. I’ve never felt so at ease in a dentist’s office before. The staff is friendly and helpful, the hygienists are gentle and thorough, and the office itself is beautiful. Personally, I enjoyed having been educated in a separate space about a dental care plan. I also the appreciated the follow up call post dental work to ensure I wasn’t in any discomfort and everything felt correct. It’s always an enjoyable and comfortable experience and I can’t recommend Dr. Seaman and his office enough.

Wonderful care and genuine regard for my oral hygiene. Dr. Seaman and his staff are kind, helpful, professional, and the atmosphere in the office is relaxed and comfortable! The office is very clean, well organized, and pleasing to be in…yes, even for a dental office. I have sensitive teeth and Cynthia, the dental hygienist, took extra time during my cleaning to ensure there was no discomfort. I have been going to this dentistry quite a number of years now. I can tell you this place is awesome. From the staff at the desk to Dr. Parkinsons and Dr, Seaman. I had a problem with a toothache that had to be referred out to the endodontist. I had one crown put in by Dr. Seaman who was wonderful. My second crown was put in by Dr. Parkinsons. I can tell you that he was so thorough with my tooth and was very attentive to detail as I was leaving for a vacation and made sure that I would have no problems with that crown. As I was leaving, he made the assistant do another X-ray to make sure there was no cement anywhere around that tooth. Everyone at this office had always been professional, Kind and courteous. Thank you! I will always come back here:)

Dr. Parkinson did a crown on a back molar, which was very hard to get to in my small mouth. He worked with efficiency and compassion. I really appreciated his skill and his concern for me during the procedure. This is the second crown he has done for me and he has done a fantastic job of them both. He also noticed a spot on my palate that didn't look quite right and talked with me about it. I also love the atmosphere in the office and the friendliness of all who work there.

Dr. Parkinson is the best dentist I’ve ever had. Easy to talk to and takes the time needed to fix my teeth. Walks me through every step and keeps me informed the whole time! I drive over an hour one way just to see him. All the other employees are so friendly and helpful as well. Definitely recommend!

My husband, toddler and I all see Dr Parkinson and could be better taken care of. Dr Parkinson is patient, gentle and more than transparent. The time and care he has provide to all of us is above expectations. I personally have always had really bad dental anxiety to the point where I stopped taking care of myself, and this office has helped me through so much of that. I can go in unmedicated and make it through an entire appointment without a panic attack.

This is an amazing Dentistry! Dr Seaman always does his best to explain what is best for me as the patient and has done quality work on my teeth. Also, when I needed my temporary crown fixed, Ingrid was able to get me in on the same day and the assistants Abby and Nova did a wonderful job fixing my crown.

Very caring staff who are through.

During one of my routine cleanings , Lindsey located aa very rare interior issue with a tooth, which had to be extracted by Dr. .Seaman. Later that evening Dr. Seaman called me at home to check if there were any issues or discomfort. This week I had another issue with a broken crown, again later that evening Dr. Seaman contacted me at home to check if there were any issues. Dr. Seamans Professionalism and dedication to his patients is exceptional . When you arrive at the office you are always greeted with a smile . Dr. Seamans entire staff is professional and should be recognized for their dedication .

This place is great. I was seeing Dr Seaman for a year and now I have switched to Dr Parkinson. Both are meticulous, and have not pushed anything that was not needed. I hope I will be here for a long time to come.

The best dentist I’ve been to! Dr. Seaman is fantastic! He is kind, personable, very detailed and always strives for the best. He never cuts corners and my husband and I are so happy to find such a wonderful caring and top-notch dentist in town. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars was because of some of the new staff…. One of the hygienists lacked personal touch, so-called “bedside manner” (which my husband saw). A recent dental tech (for a recent past appointment) lacked “awareness” and basically pulled my lip out almost cracking it amongst other things. She seemed to lack the “gentle touch.” But, don’t let this deter you. I will continue to see Dr. seaman as he always pulls through and stands above the rest. I have never experienced a dentist that is so in touch with his patients, always performs superior work even if it means spending the extra time and is just so nice!! And also, some of the other hygienists and techs are super! Ingrid has been a solid backbone to their practice and I give her, along with Dr Seaman 5 stars. Honestly I’d probably give them 4.5 starts but not an option. So overall strongly recommended but hopefully Dr. seaman can make sure he hires the staff to meet his level of care and expertise

The staff was all super friendly and helpful. I had Dr. Parkinson look over a filling that I got done in Tucson and it was a great experience. He explained to me the process of what I needed to get done and made sure I understood what was wrong. I usually go to a dentist in Tucson, so it was comforting having such friendly staff at my first visit to this office.

The office is clean and modern with obvious high tech equipment. Those things don’t matter as much to me though. The office staff were friendly. However, the pushiness was not appreciated. I’ve been in plenty of these situations during my 20+ years of prophylactic care maintaining my teeth and my children’s teeth and I don’t need your office staff being sales people. I can tell when I’m trying to be sold something and when actual treatment is necessary. I don’t need a referral every time I go in there also because they just get thrown in the trash. Maybe this is not the dentist office for me. The way this practice is run turns people off. It’s not just me. So maybe I can just not see Dr. Parkinson next time and have someone with a more down to earth approach. I don’t want a salesman. Besides that, my hygienist was wonderful.

I came to Dr. Seaman after trauma with another dentist in town, and he has been the most caring, professional, and pretty-much painless dentist I've ever had. Dr Seaman is the most amazing dentist I've ever visited. I found him 4 years ago and now live 3 hours away from his office and still happily travel whenever in need of a dentist. He has the skill set to deliver a shot when needed without having the patient feel it at all. Plus the nitrous is a a nice touch when needed. Highly recommend.
