Can I Reschedule My Appointment Due to Sickness?

Patients receive a pre-screen text message with their appointment confirmation text message. If they are symptomatic, patients are prompted to call to reschedule their appointment.

At the time of the appointment, patients are screened with the standard questions, which now include questions about rash or oral lesions, and will have their baseline temperature taken. If symptoms are detected, they will be asked to reschedule their appointment.

What Policies Are Currently in Place RegardingOffice Cleanliness?

Our staff continues to be diligent about cleanliness, ensuring the office, office supplies, and equipment are regularly disinfected. Medical equipment is sterilized according to manufacturers' instructions.

During office hours, air purifiers are on and in use with air filters being changed according to their specifications.

Hand sanitizer is available to all patients.

Do I Need to Wear a Mask?

As of August 2022, patients may or may not wear a mask while in the office. Flagstaff has no mandate enforcing indoor/public space mask use and is currently on phase four for reinstatement of regular daily activities with no restrictions.
